Custom Jewelry

Every Lisa Leonard piece is handmade from scratch out of the finest materials after you place your custom order. We stand behind our product 100% and want you to be completely happy with it. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the creation of your custom jewelry; Note that shipping is not included in that timeframe. We would like to offer a friendly reminder that each piece is hand-stamped and imperfections add to the charm.

Returns/Exchanges

It is important to us that you love your order! If it is not quite what you expected, we are happy to issue a full refund or store credit within 30 days of the ship date. Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged. Personalized jewelry can either be returned for exchange or store credit. If an error occurs on our end, we will remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund.

Updating an Existing Piece

Because our pieces are handmade to order, we cannot add additional customization to existing pieces. We do offer a selection of pieces that can be added to over time by purchasing additional charms from our a la carte section. 

Damages

If your item is damaged within 60 days of your order date please email us at info@lisaleonard.com and we will do what we can to help! If you purchased our extended 3 year warranty, the terms are outlined below.

Extended 3 Year Warranty

This 3 year extended warranty will cover defects in workmanship or the materials. This plan will also cover problems associated with normal wear and tear of your jewelry.

  • • This warranty includes the following services: Inspection, cleaning and refurbishing 2 times throughout the warranty; Sizing; Replacement of missing stones (up to 1/4 carat) ; Repair or remaking of worn channels; Clasp repair or replacement; Chain repair or replacement; Earring back and post repair or replacement;

  • • What is not covered by the warranty? Jewelry that is damaged due to excessive wear or abuse will not be covered by this plan; Jewelry repairs performed by any other jeweler will void this warranty; This plan does not cover theft, loss, abuse or accidental damage, or loss of stones over 1/4 carat; Return shipping is not covered by this plan.

Changing an Order

Because each piece is custom made to order, once you check out, changes cannot be made. When you receive your piece, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it for you at no additional cost. We stand behind our product 100% and want you to be completely happy with it.

Price Adjustments

While Lisaleonard.com constantly endeavors to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may still occur with respect to the Products or Services. Lisaleonard.com reserves the right to modify prices with respect to any such Products or Services without advance notice either prior to or after receipt of an order confirmation. Unintentional errors in advertised prices are not binding on Lisaleonard.com or this Website, and may be modified by Lisaleonard.com at any time. In the event that a Product or Service or any other transaction conducted via this Website is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Lisaleonard.com shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such Product or Service. In the event that a Product or Service is mispriced, Lisaleonard.com may, at its and absolute discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation, it being clarified that Lisaleonard.com shall have no further obligations towards you with respect thereto.

Coupons and Discounts

Coupons may not be combined and may not apply to any sale items unless otherwise explicitly stated. Promotional offers and discounts can not be retroactively applied.

Payment Methods

We take Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal for payment. 

Sales Tax

United States and Canada Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

Shipping

All available shipping methods, with stated timelines, can be found in the cart upon checkout. During peak seasons, expedited and rush shipping may not be available. Free promotional product incurs a cost in accordance with the shipping and handling of the item in question. International shipping can take 3-6 weeks and we are not responsible for items held up in customs. In the rare event your order is lost in transit once shipped, we are not responsible, but will do what we can to help you locate it. If you pay for expedited shipping but your order is stopped in our quality control department, causing it to be late, we will refund your shipping fee. We cannot change the shipping method once an order has been placed.

Availability

Occasionally items will go on back-order. We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. We cannot guarantee availability of any design.

Wholesale
